Our paid internship program is designed to accomplish three things: 1) provide the intern an opportunity to work with a team on a relevant project(s) within our Recovery Audit Services section, 2) formally train and develop their skills, and 3) provide him/her with a realistic preview of what full-time employment is like as a staff auditor.

We offer a satellite workspace in Hammond, LA. Sr. Auditor  2 has a minimum annual salary of $76,230.   The LLA is seeking individuals in our Financial Audit Section. This individual should have a working knowledge of governmental accounting and auditing standards. In addition, a Financial Auditor should possess effective verbal and written communication skills and work effectively with the audit supervisor, auditee and team members.   As part of our career progression framework, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a Staff or Senior Auditor depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant.

The Education Outreach Senior II is a highly skilled professional with an advanced knowledge of governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, auditing standards, internal controls, and best practices. In addition, the Education Outreach Senior II possesses initiative, creativity, and excellent communication, and organizational skills, is able to adeptly handle multiple deadlines and projects, and is comfortable making presentations to large groups of people and taking on a teaching role.
